RCCB
Compare OOHMAGE RCCB series for residual-current protection projects. Confirm voltage, rated current, poles, residual-current type, sensitivity, quantity and destination market for model selection and quotation.
Compare RCCB Series for Project Sourcing
An RCCB (residual current circuit breaker) monitors residual current and disconnects the circuit when its operating conditions are met. An RCCB does not include integral overcurrent protection, so the complete design may also require a correctly coordinated overcurrent protective device. Final selection must follow the applicable project rules, equipment instructions and confirmed model data.
OOHMAGE supplies RCCB series for international project sourcing. Use the product cards above to compare available series, then send the electrical requirements, order quantity and destination market for model confirmation and quotation.
What Should Buyers Confirm Before Requesting an RCCB Quote?
Include the following information so the sales and technical teams can identify a suitable series and avoid an incomplete quotation:
- system voltage, frequency and phase arrangement;
- rated current and required pole configuration;
- required residual-current type, such as AC, A, F or B, where applicable;
- rated residual operating current (IΔn) required by the project;
- upstream or downstream overcurrent protective device and coordination requirements;
- application, connected equipment and any manufacturer-specified RCD requirement;
- quantity, destination market, required documents, packaging and delivery schedule;
- any applicable project standard or approval requirement.
RCCB or RCBO: Which Product Category Fits the Requirement?
| Buyer question | RCCB | RCBO |
|---|---|---|
| Residual-current protection | Yes, subject to the selected device and installation conditions. | Yes, subject to the selected device and installation conditions. |
| Integral overcurrent protection | No. Separate, correctly coordinated overcurrent protection may be required. | Yes. Residual-current and overcurrent functions are combined in one device. |
| Quotation inputs | Type, IΔn, current, poles, voltage, coordination, quantity and market. | Add the required overcurrent curve and short-circuit rating to the same project inputs. |
For terminology and device-function context, read the RCCB vs RCD guide. If the project requires combined overcurrent and residual-current protection, compare the RCBO product range.
How Should RCCB Type and Sensitivity Be Shortlisted?
Residual-current type
Type selection is based on the residual-current waveforms that may be produced by the power supply and connected loads. Type AC, A, F and B devices do not have interchangeable detection capabilities. Equipment instructions, expected DC components, upstream/downstream coordination and local rules must be checked before a type is specified. Availability must be confirmed against the individual OOHMAGE series data.
Rated residual operating current
Values such as 10 mA, 30 mA, 100 mA or 300 mA describe different sensitivities; they are not universal labels for residential, commercial or industrial use. The required value depends on the protection task, installation design, expected standing leakage current, selectivity and the rules that apply to the project. If a 10 mA RCCB is requested, include the exact application and project requirement so availability and suitability can be checked rather than assumed.
Product documentation
Standards, declarations, test information and approval documents must be confirmed for the exact model and destination market. Ask for the applicable model documentation with the quotation; a category-page statement does not replace a model-specific data sheet or project review.
What Determines RCCB Price?
RCCB pricing depends on the confirmed series, electrical ratings, residual-current type, pole configuration, quantity, required documentation, packaging, destination and delivery terms. A useful price request therefore includes the complete selection inputs instead of only “RCCB price” or a current rating.
Request an RCCB Model Check and Quotation
Send your system voltage, rated current, poles, residual-current type, IΔn, application, overcurrent-coordination requirement, quantity and destination market. OOHMAGE can then identify candidate series, confirm available model documentation and prepare a project quotation.
Technical reference basis: IEC 61008-1:2024 scope for RCCBs without integral overcurrent protection and the ABB RCD Technical Guide selection framework. Project requirements and the confirmed product documentation remain controlling.
